Gorilla Game player requests

Send a request

Email support@gorillagamevr.com with the subject “Gorilla Game Data Deletion Request.” Requests are handled by VOLCANO COMPANY LLC.

Include only the information needed to locate the account:

  • Your Meta Horizon username.
  • If available, your Gorilla Game, Meta app-scoped, PlayFab, or mod.io identifier.
  • If a parent or guardian is making the request, say that clearly and identify the child’s account.

Do not email a password, login proof, access token, payment-card number, government ID, or other sensitive credential. If more verification is needed, we will provide a suitable method.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge the request and use a reasonable method to verify the requester and locate linked player records.
  • After verification, we delete or de-identify covered data in systems we control and instruct relevant providers, such as PlayFab, VoicePatrol, and mod.io, to handle applicable copies.
  • We confirm completion or explain any narrow information we must retain for legal, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or player-safety reasons.

Deletion can permanently remove progression, inventory, virtual currency, purchases or entitlement links, statistics, custom-map activity, reports, and access to connected features. Provider systems and protected backups may take additional time to finish their normal deletion cycle.

Separate platform accounts

A Gorilla Game deletion request does not delete your Meta account or information Meta independently controls. Manage that data in Meta account settings. If you have a separate mod.io account, you can also use mod.io’s privacy tools.
